End of Tenancy Carpet Vacuuming and Spot Cleaning

This service focuses on improving the hygiene of carpeted areas in vacated properties. We use commercial‑grade upright vacuum cleaners to slowly vacuum all carpeted sections in multiple directions, maximising the extraction of sand, dander, and dust mite debris from deep fibres. For prominent local stains – such as red wine, coffee, ink, or pet urine – we apply corresponding enzymatic cleaners by spot spraying, followed by gentle brushing with soft bristles and cold water absorption using absorbent pads, repeating until the stain visually fades. This service does not include full deep steam cleaning but effectively enhances the overall neat appearance. After paying the deposit, our technician assesses the stain type and area on‑site, and the final quote is clear and reasonable, removing obstacles for your move‑out inspection.
