Open or enclosed balconies are exposed to wind and rain; this service addresses their specific conditions. Flooring (tiles or wood‑plastic composite) is brushed with a stiff brush and a high‑pressure spray bottle with cleaner to remove moss, mud stains, and potting soil residues, then rinsed with clean water to drain. Metal or glass railings are wiped with a sponge and neutral solution to remove bird droppings, rainmarks, and fingerprints, while accumulated leaves at the railing base are cleared. We also clean the floor drain filter to avoid drainage complaints at handover. After deposit payment, we quote based on balcony area and railing length, leaving the transitional outdoor area clean and bright.
