End of Tenancy Exhaust Fan and Vent Dusting

Kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans and ventilation grilles often accumulate heavy grease‑dust and lint. This service targets them specifically. We remove protective covers and filters, soak them in degreaser, scrub, and air‑dry, while using a long‑reach vacuum to access the duct opening to suck off dirt on blades and inner walls, ensuring balanced rotation and ventilation efficiency. For central air conditioning supply and return grilles, we also combine vacuuming and wiping to remove dust and mould spots. This service starts with a deposit, and the total price is adjusted according to the number of vents and grease condition, effectively improving indoor air quality perception and avoiding deductions for inadequate fixture maintenance.
