End of Tenancy Basic Whole House Cleaning

This package is designed to provide a complete and efficient cleaning solution for tenants approaching the end of their lease. We understand the complexity of the move-out process, so this service covers all basic cleaning needs across the entire property, from the entrance hallway to every main functional area, ensuring the property is handed over in a neat condition. The service includes vacuuming and damp mopping of all floor types (tiles, wood, stone) to remove accumulated dust and light stains, as well as dry and wet wiping of all countertops, tabletops, and open shelving to restore their original shine. In addition, we pay special attention to dusting easily overlooked spots such as room corners, top edges of door frames, and baseboard surfaces, effectively improving the overall clean appearance. Upon delivery, a small symbolic deposit is paid upfront, with the exact amount determined after an assessment of the property size and initial condition. Once we provide a detailed customised plan, the remaining balance is settled, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
