End of Tenancy Toilet Disinfection and Surface Cleaning

This service focuses on hygienic‑level toilet cleaning. Internally, we apply strong toilet cleaner along the rim, leave to act, then use a stiff brush to scrub deep into the siphon trap and outlet holes, removing yellow scale and biofilm, and flush clean. Externally, we thoroughly wipe the cistern top, seat ring, hinges, and pedestal base with chlorine disinfectant wipes, removing urine stains and dust, and repeatedly disinfect the flush handle. After treatment, the toilet is odour‑free and non‑slippery. A deposit is paid first, and the specific fee is calculated based on the number of toilets and soiling degree, providing solid hygiene assurance for the move‑out inspection, especially suitable for shared flats.
